I am currently representing a Head of Visual Experience (VM) who possesses over 10 years’ experience with creative design, implementation and distribution worldwide within Luxury LRTW, MRTW, Childrenswear and Fine Jewellery.

Creative Design

  • Possesses a Diploma in Architecture and Interior Design
  • Planned and implemented annual VM strategy following shop floor walks with Buyers, Store Managers and Merchandisers
  • Created concept direction, window and in-store displays, seasonal displays, Pop Ups, events and promotional material as well as 360 visions for exhibitions globally
  • Received awards following visual merchandising and creative window displays

Strategic Planning

  • Managing and overseeing VM expenses and budgets from £120,000 up to £1.5 million per annum
  • Increasing store sales by 20% – 30% by implementing effective visual merchandising strategies and setting guidelines
  • Devised seasonal planograms, store flips and create styling packs to be implemented across all stores
  • Consistently delivered branded design assets supporting strategic goals of the business, increasing footfall and elevating the overall customer experience

Operational and Management

  • Proactively managing visual merchandising teams from 2 up to 9 staff
  • Trained area visual merchandising teams and ensuring that guidelines are implemented throughout all stores internationally
  • Project managed all new store openings, visual projects, events and window roll outs
  • Presented visual strategies to the Board of Directors as well as setting visual standards to ensure the brand integrity and identity was reflected through visual merchandising



I am available immediately following a fixed term contract and is willing to relocate internationally. A creative portfolio and references are available upon request;  I am currently seeking a salary circa £80k-£90K per annum.
